Genealogy Research Using the U.S. Congressional Serial Set

Chief Librarian Jeffery Hartley discusses using the U.S. Congressional Serial Set for family history research. He includes African American genealogy and demonstrates the digital version of the serial set. Presentation materials are available at www.archives.gov/calendar/know-your-records/.
