National Archives Comes Alive! Young Learners Program: Meet Ida B. Wells portrayed by Marti Gobel

Known for her fiery temperament, Ida B. Wells will share a bit about her life, her work in journalism, and how her role in the U.S. suffrage movement was intertwined with her lifelong crusade against racism, violence, and discrimination toward African Americans. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
