Steven Spielberg and Ken Burns Discuss Film, History on Archives Stage

On November 19, 2013, the Foundation for the National Archives celebrated director Steven Spielberg’s contributions to raising public awareness of our nation’s history. The Foundation awarded Mr. Spielberg with its Records of Achievement Award during a ceremony in the William G. McGowan Theater chaired by Foundation Vice President Ken Burns.

After the presentation of the award, the two film directors sat down for a candid talk on film, history, and much more:
