**Due to the partial shutdown of the federal government, all activities at the National Archives are postponed until further notice. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and once the government reopens, we hope to reschedule as many events as possible. Thank you very much for your patience.**
The National Archives, with the support of the National Archives Foundation, hosts a wide variety of programs at its flagship building in Washington, DC, including a July 4 celebration, documentary film programs, and special forums on women in leadership and communications. All of the programs are free and open to the public. Members of the Foundation are also invited to special receptions before select programs and enjoy reserved seating in the William G. McGowan Theater. Check out our Events Calendar for the full listing of programs.
